Real Estate Litigation
The acquisition, purchase, ownership, development and use of real estate often leads to disputes. Glenn L. Widom, P.A. represents clients in disputes involving commercial and residential property, providing advice, consultation and, if necessary, representation in litigation or some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution – ADR, such as mediation or arbitration.
Glenn Widom is available for consultation for disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, broker listing agreements, management agreements, operating agreements, loan agreements, leases, property and title insurance, partnerships, limited liability corporations, easements, boundary or title claims, mortgages, zoning or other real estate transactions.

- Commercial Lease Disputes – representation of tenants and landlords in disputes arising from leases and licenses, evictions and actions for possession, claims for breach of contract or guaranties, foreclosures, and consultation in the development of a workout strategy to preserve the value of the property and the client’s investment.
